In the Bleak Midwinter

In the bleak mid-winter, Frosty wind made moan,
 Earth stood hard as iron, Water like a stone;
Snow had fallen, snow on snow, Snow on snow,
In the bleak mid-winter, Long ago.

The holidays, while often a source of joy, can also bring anxiety and frustration.  Stress can increase during the winter months, as well as anxiety and depression; as daylight shortens and the weather becomes cooler.  Take care of yourself, in whatever way works.  Play, dance, sing, sit still.   If you need to talk, please contact me.

All the warmth of the season to you.
